About Us
Cafe Munich was founded by Azaree Raab. Azaree moved from Munich, Germany to New York City as a young girl with her mother in 1989. When she graduated from NYU, she knew that her one dream was to open a local cafe in the heart of the city. When she lived in Munich, she had her favorite right down the street as a young child, and would walk by there every day.
Azaree has also been passionate about sustainable farming practices her entire life and is devoted to helping this cause in every way she can.
