We pride ourselves on working with farmers in the local region who use organic and sustainable practices. Every ingredient from start to finish is grown locally whenever possible. Our beans are roasted down the street at CafeZRoasters.

We believe in eating with the changing seasons which is why we have a rotating menu that shifts with the climate. Because everything we offer is locally grown, it makes sense that we will have plates with local in-season vegetables and herbs that compliment the weather!
